Before an applicant's score can be delivered to their program of choice, their test needs to be graded! At Altus, we call this process "rating". We're looking for a new Operations Coordinator (Rating Lead) to join our team and own all things "rating" for the CASPer test. Your responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to) rater recruitment, onboarding and training of raters, rating operations (inviting raters and managing test grading across multiple markets), quality control of our different rater pools, and timely results delivery for schools.
As the guru of rating, you will build and maintain trust with our applicants and academic partners by ensuring best practices in our rating process and pool of raters, and uphold the highest quality standards at all times. Alongside our research and data team, you’ll have the opportunity to dig deep into the numbers and to use your analytical skills to refine our rating processes through data-driven improvements. You will be the expert on our rater pool and you will drive change by interpreting the data and sharing your insights regularly with the team.
You will be an active member of the operations team, contributing to the advancement of test operations and continuous process improvement overall. You’ll also work along our Customer Success team to ensure a smooth delivery of scores into their admissions process.
